In Ray Township, a rural community just north of Detriot, we are planning a self-sustained community of homes.

Currently we are seeking to purchase a 10-acre parcel of land that was previously developed but not finished. This land sits on the outer edge of the great residential expansion of the 2000s where development grew too extravagant and expensive for most families.

This prototype community will consist of a small number of homes built to the highest of green standards and materials available today. The community will demonstrate how we can live very comfortably and affordably without harming the environment.

We are currently seeking funding for this project and will proceed as funds allow.
